| We are an
established charitable housing association providing
homes for for retired persons of state pension age in the Birkenshaw and Gomersal
areas. We aim to provide accommodation that is comfortable, easily managed and adaptable to people’s needs. Our homes have been purpose built and they are situated in small private communities where like-minded tenants are welcoming and friendly. We are proud to offer a high standard of accommodation and we are well renowned in the locality for looking after our tenants and our properties. We have built a popular portfolio of properties from the kind donations received from benefactors and all monies received have been put to good use. We are grateful for all the past support and hope that future contributions will allow us to continue to make a difference to people’s lives.
